Wisdom Walk to Self-Mastery - Professional Series with Jojopah Maria Nsoroma
February 12th through December 9th, 2012

The Wisdom Walk to Self-Mastery Pro-Series is a 9-month healing and growth-learning journey designed to respond to the emotional and spiritual intelligence needs of those who are dedicated to the health and well-being of children, families and communities. The framework for the series is based upon the ancient medicine wheel of Dagara Tribe of Burkina Faso in West Africa. The medicine wheel teaches a powerful mythology for indivdual and collective meaning-making.

Primary Learning Goals:
  • How to nurture and care for yourself in order to nurture and care for others.
  • How to bear witness to someone else's pain without taking it on - consciously or unconsciously.
  • How to effectively address workplace challenges.
  • How to show up authentically in your workplace.

Dates: Approximately the 3 rd Sunday of each month, 2pm - 5pm
Feb 12,  Mar 18,  Apr 22,  May 20, June 24
Sept 16, Oct 14, Nov 17-18, Dec 9

The cost for the series is $100 per session ($900 total), which includes materials and refreshments. There is a sliding scale for those living on very tight budgets, and scholarships can be made available to those who demonstrate a "need" to attend.
